Alvaro – Rock Music
Alvaro has done it again! Today his highly anticipated single “Rock Music” was released on Revealed Recordings. Alvaro is undoubtedly one of the fastest growing new dutch DJ’s in prog house, having the support of Sander Van Doorn, Hardwell, Tiesto, and many more. This enigmatic party DJ has dropped plenty of bangers in the past, in fact I consider him to be one of the first to bring pop culture music towards house. Back in 2009 he dropped a very party friendly remix of Chelly’s chart topper “Took the Night“. His sound was sure to sweep colleges all over the nation, and his single began to be featured in every party set I’ve heard in colleges around the country. After dropping off the map for awhile, he came back strong recently with “Make the Crowd Go” which Sander played in all his major sets for months. Now he has a new single that emulates that popular Afrojack sound EDM fans have fallen in love with. “Rock Music” opens with a deep hypnotic beat, leading up to a head booming build up and drop. Alvaro doesn’t leave his progressive fans disappointed and follows up with a festival size breakdown of stabbing stadium horns. Keeping the second drop fresh and new, Alvaro continues to milk his standard pitch bends to make our less sober friends realize how deep they really are.
