Album Spotlight – “Hall of Fame” by Big Sean

Sean Michael Anderson, also known as Detroit raised, Big Sean, is having a solid month!  Big Sean was just awarded by his record label, G.O.O.D. (Getting Out Our Dreams) Music Inc., the prestigious honor of 10 million singles sold.  Among those singles are Dance Remix (A$$)” with Nicki Minaj, “Clique” with Jay Z and Kanye West, and “Mercy” with G.O.O.D. Music Inc. members.

Big Sean 10 Million Singles Sold

Big Sean has just dropped his third studio album, Hall of Fame. I recently bought this and enjoy at least eight songs off of it, which even surprised me considering I’m a picky listener.  G.O.O.D. Music produces nothing but quality beats which is clear throughout the album.  Big Sean continues to focus more on a story telling style of rap, which is a refreshing change from most of the mainstream artists in his genre.  One of the more notable tracks on the album is “First Chain,” featuring Nas and Kid Cudi.  Hall of Fame is undoubtredly a great taste of what is to come from Big Sean and G.O.O.D. Music.  Big Sean is on tour right now with Kid Cudi, so check it out – he may be in your backyard.
